problems? how long was it boosted for? inspection current? tread on tires? etc...

there are various dings and dents, rear struts are bad, it was never boosted but was intended to be. all tires are new inspection good till 11/07

why is there a fmic on it in the third pic? still missing the trim on the drivers door? interior complete and in good shape? more details please..
