FS: 1991 Eagle Talon TSI AWD w/ BRAND NEW motor + trans!
I picked up this 91 Talon in a non-running state. The previous owner had a brand new motor and transmission installed by the dealership (Have receipts!), when something went wrong and it wouldn't start. Turned out to be some electrical issues and a bad turbo. I fixed all the issues, cleaned up the car, and upgraded the turbo and exhaust manifold. The car runs great now.
The good:
BRAND NEW MOTOR, PERFECT COMPRESSION!!!!
BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION SHIFTS PERFECT!!!
Car runs great
Deleted emissions
ported 2G exhaust manifold
16G turbo
k&n filter
NGK plug wires
Rebuilt throttle body
EPROM TCU (NOT ECU)
AC Blows cold!!!!
Heater works
Interior in great shape
Compression tested 170 across all 4!
The bad:
Nothing really bad aside from some cosmetic issues - small dent by driver's side headlight, some paint chips and scuffs here and there; unfortunately there was a bra on the car for some time under previous owner and did severe paint damage to front of hood
16G turbo on it is used w/ unknown miles - makes great boost, but history unknown
Asking $2500

loosen up the verter a little and toss on a couple mods and you got a 60 foot monster 
Don't under-estimate the auto... with the right tricks the auto blows the doors off a 5 speed, and actually shifts properly
Upgrade clutch packs and valve body ($600 in parts) and these things are bulletproof!

Had 3 buyers say they were buying and then back out. What's wrong with you fucks? You WILL NOT find another 1G DSM in this kind of shape for sale. They simply DO NOT EXIST anymore! 99% of DSMs on the market today have been through too many fucktards and are run to shit by idiots who didn't know what the fuck they are doing. If you are looking for an original, unmolested, properly running car that does not need extensive restoration, NOW is your chance to buy a problem free DSM that doesn't need any work to run properly.
