Whatsup with the paint? It looks like the mudflaps, sideskirts, and OEM lip were semi sprayed?

Dont know man, bought the car like this. The body may need a little more primering and sanding to get fully ready to be painted and turn out good, but as of now, the primer doesnt even look THAT bad. Thats why i havent painted it yet, because it isnt terrible. For 400$ more i have a hookup locally that will do all the sanding and paint the car any color for that, so if soomeone wants to pay $400 downpayment w/ a bill of sale or something around there, i'll gladly get the car painted whatever color they wanted.
