Talking Bug-eye WRX

Name: mike
Location: Hampton Roads
Means of contact: PM welcome. 757 763-8093 for serious buyers
Price: $ 7500 OBO. plenty of room for negotiating.

Description: 2002 subaru wrx.
166k.
clean title.
inspection good until 12/14.

I am also looking at trades as well.
ill consider anything low or fast.
Anything but American cars or trucks.

i just want to be completely honest with this car. It has a check engine light for the O2 sensors. I gutted all the cats so you will never get rid of the check engine light unless you change maps.(or run stock exhaust)

if this is a problem for you. this car is not for you. please close your browser before you read anymore and waste my time or yours haha.
if you think i have left anything out. feel free to ask for pictures of whatever you may need. that is not a problem.

all of these problems i am working on slowly but surely.
the only reason i am selling is because i have to retake some classes in the summer and because of this i do not have the money to mod it like i planned.

BAD:

hood has a crack.(FIXED as of 6/1/14 and currently awaiting paint.)
(6/28/14)Hood fixed and painted. however there are bubbles in the paint in certain spots. ill post pictures soon.

notchy gear box for first gear (FIXED Grimmspeed cocktail made gear shifting like brand new.)

oil drips from the drain plug bolt. im thinking bolt may be stripped. will be fixed at next oil change.
leather on steering wheel is a little worn.
ceiling looks like it has skid-marks from a phrat party after tacobell.
Tail lights need weather proofing gasket
body has fair share of dents and scuffs.

parts:
GlowShift Boost gauge
GlowShift clock gauge pod
B&M Shift Knob
HKS turbo timer
STI floor mats
Artificial Turf lining in the trunk.
Wired for subs.
Newer TD-04 (was told 60k. but no shaft play)
Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood
Stage 2 clutch.
Perrin turbo inlet.
Grimmspeed rep. divorced downpiping.
gutted up pipe
gutted mid pipe.
Greedy Rs cat-back with burnt tip
Buddy Club D-1 coilovers.
STI strut tower bracing (Front and rear)
STI rear wing
blacked housing headlights
smoked corner/side markers (still have orange ones)
Hella horns(not hooked up. not a fan of the sound they make)
JDM fog light deletes haha. or the JDM speaker conversion

car used to grind into first. put Grimmspeed cocktail in and it has not grinded since. feels like a completely new trans.
yes the calipers, hellas, and tow hook are cotton candy blue. sorry that i like the color.

if you do not like my car, please leave nasty comments below.
if you do not like my price, please tell me all about how much you paid for your car back in 2009.

because trust me; I care, and I am here to listen

Pictures:

and these are old pictures.

I believe they have an adapter that you put on the o2 sensor that will get rid of the CEL.

Just trying to be helpful. Great car and GLWS.

Yeah. If you're talking about the spacer mod then no thanks.
I would rather risk the light than my engine running lean/rich

Obd2 readers can erase it. But they come right back within minutes.

It really needs a custom tune or map to get the CEL off

But thank you. I will look into it some more just to be sure.
