ECU was chipped redline is at 9,5 and the vtec kicks in at 4,5 it pulls hard

THE Bad
the car idles at2k dont know y dont have time to fix so the price will be droped with all the bads.
need radiator fan it works now but its getto rigged.
no head unit.
need new timing belt when starting the car screeches lould.
