96 Acura Integra GSR

passenger side door panel the leather is starting to bubble a Lil i have no idea why

Had the car for about two years got it as nothing but a bunch of pieces and i made it what it is now, lot of blood sweat and tears went in this car. It runs fine no major problems with it what so ever. I keep very good care of all my cars. I have never taken this car to the track or dogged it. I just did a compression test and the results were 260,265,265,270 did a leak down test and all is good. I keep up to date on all the services, Oil change every 2500 with castrol GTX. Just had a radiator flush, cleaned the injectors, replaced the fuel filter & pump, plugs are new (NGK's) tranny was flushed and the list goes on....
Reason i am selling it is i got my eye on something new. I don't have to sell the car and i am in no rush to sell. Now for the bad...The back glass was replaced and it came with some weird tint on it, and the struts are getting a little bouncy. That's all that is wrong with it.
