95 Lexus LS400 VIP style

Description: I'm selling my brother's 95 Lexus LS400. It has slightly under 100,000miles, good interior, and some VIP stuff included. It is lowered on MR coil overs. The downsides are: TCS and ABS warning lights are on, front fenders a bit rough, and no A/C. He will also except trades: GS300, SC300, and 1st gen xB.
