Proof of mileage on motor?

I'm tired of people saying the motor has been replaced. I'm interested too, but I want documentation saying that the replacement motor has come from XXXX car and has XXXXXX mileage. Too many people have "fresh" motors in the cars they are selling on this forum. Approx 1% of the people on here have ever taken a motor apart.

 

Well, It's been like that for a looong time and I never got around to fixing it because I could daily it without a problem. But anyway, Dude told me yesterday he doesn't want it anymore, so no buyer there. I told him I would at least like to have a clutch installed for it. doesn't matter if it's new or not as long as it gets the car moving again. But if he can't do that, I want it towed to a specific shop in Richmond.

I'm going by what I was told when I got the car last summer. Supposedly it had 80K on it, and with that asumption I'm estimating that I put 10K on it...but I'm almost certain that I myself haven't put that much on it.

 

Okay, so honestly you have no idea the kind of mileage that is on the motor...

Yeah man. I know it got towed because I came up there, got the key, and had it towed. The clutch is going in either today or tomorrow.
