92 Plymouth Laser RS TURBO AWD
SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE!!!! I just replaced the center Differential yesterday. I took it for a drive today with no problems. Got on the interstate and did 60MPH with no problems. However at under 5 mph it still grabs the rear tires ever so slighty. I cant figure it out. I dont have the money to figure it out.
I have a 92 Plymouth Laser Turbo AWD. The rarest of the DSM's. Its red and silver. 5 speed. Interior is in great shape and the body is in good shape just has some paint fade and a crack in the front bumper. The motor runs good. It is bone stock. The car has 1g Talon wheels and a wrap around talon wing. (needs to be attached.)
Timing Belt was done at 110K. Car now has 126K
The problem is when you are driving the car at above 25 MPH there is a thumping noise coming from the rear end and when you push in the clutch the car feels like you are applying the brakes. I am told by some people and on this board that it could be one of the Differentials either the rear or the Center. But I cant figure it out, and I dont have the money to. I need to save up to get a place in 2 months. So this is not a priority anymore.
Price is $1100 OBO!!!!.

If I get the auto tranny fixed in one of the 92 talons I have, it will be reliable auto. I'll let you know if I can find a auto tranny to replace the one slipping in it now to trade.
