If you want to start it you might want to try that main fuel relay thats hacked.

sounds like he was the original owner and just had someone take it at the time cuz he couldnt have it anymore(hopefully he held onto the title as well).

exactly i held the title till the guy came up with the money and he didnt so i went and got it
