Default 90 Honda Prelude Si

I have a Black 1990 Honda Prelude Si I'm tying to get rid of, because I want a new daily. The car is currently not running due to the wiring harness. I got a new harness for it and it turns out some plugs are different. I honestly think its an easy fix, I just don't feel like messing with it anymore. I can't say why it caught fire, but I have a few ideas. I recently put these new parts on or will include these following items:

New rear caliper installed Jan 09
New rear brakes installed Jan 09
New radiator not installed
New Valve Cover Gasket, Gromets, and O-Rings for Distributor and Cam Angle Sensor Seal installed Mar 09
New Sunroof installed(previous one was cracked)
New Climate Control installed
New NGK Spark Plug Wires installed Mar 09
New Cap and Rotor button installed Mar 09
New Spark Plugs installed Mar 09
New Passenger Side Axle not installed
Used Started with about 100k on it
Has great paint for a 19 year old car, was waxed about two months ago
New exhaust put on about a year ago, stock though.

Cons about the car are:
Does not run due to wiring harness being not right
Carpet is bad because idiot who had it before tried elmers glueing a different section into it
Speedo doesn't work
Paint on hood is bubbled from fire and has a scratch
Vents on dash are mssing
Driverside Window won't roll down(I believe it's the switch)
Needs at Least two tires
Axle is not installed because of the bolt that goes thru the control arm is seized up
A few Minor Dings
Shift boot is torn
A/C compressor is bad
Powersteering line leaks

The car treated me real good for a long time, no real problems until this past month. Like I said I honestly just want something newer or a shell. EG/EK Coupe or Hatch Shell...I can also add cash too.

I'm asking $1000obo, contact me at 804-218-4249
