'88 RX7, V8 (406) trade for rotary.

1988 Mazda Rx7 (s4 gxl).
I just took this car in on trade for my ae, but it's just not something I'm into lol. Had plans of swapping a T-56 into it and sliding it, but I'd still rather have a rotary.
Car:
The body is straight and true, no wrecks, clean title no rust under the car (only slight surface around the sunroof (doesn't leak.)
Full factory interior, some trim is missing around the center console.
Wired for a radio, but no headunit in the car.
Motor: 406
400 sbc bored .30 over.
H-beam rods, Truck heads, Sodium filled valves, Lunati 488 cam, Holley 650 carb, aeromotive regulator, MSD cap, coil and plug wires, Edlebrock dual plain intake mani, headers, etc. Motor should be around 400hp and close to 500ftlbs.
Transmission: Turbo 400
Full, fresh rebuild 1k miles ago.
Full reverse manual valve body, 3200 stall, B&M ratchet shifter. Pretty solid setup, Fun to drive with the full manual valve body lol.
Will include a T-5 and everything to swap it to a 5-speed.
Spares:
I have a lot of random spare parts. I have two hoods, a spare s4 gxl diff, headlights, interior pieces, etc.
Problems:
This car is loud and obnoxious ( which means it's pretty damn fun lol).
The carb needs fine tuned. I have it baselined right now because the weather here goes from 70* one day to 20* the next.
The starter needs shimmed (I will take car of this before a trade).
All in all it's a solid car with a killer drivetrain, just needs a few little things to be 100%.
Wanting to trade for: (must be standard trans)
s13 coupes, mk3 turbo supra, t2 fc or really clean na fc, etc.
