It's time to go, as he has more projects to work on, and wants to get rid of this one. It's in Cali, but the guy deals in logistics daily, and we can get it to VA if anyone is interested. Third party sales as defined by the state of VA: Sale made by an agency acting as an intermediary between a buyer and a seller. See also list broker; subscription agent.
