2005 Subaru Impreza WRX

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE THREAD BEFORE TEXTING ME AND ASKING STUPIDASS QUESTIONS!
Description: I have a 05 Wrx that i bought not too long ago and it was pretty much stock all i did was put the cobb stage 2 on and the BOV, the car runs great and i love it but i want another rsx and im more into the stance scene and right now i can't afford to have both so im going to have to let this go. All maintanence has been kept up to date and just changed the oil yesterday. Its almost time for new brakes but i will include them with a pair of rotors if it is sold before then. All it really needs is an alignment and im hoping to get that done soon. The only con i can think of off the top of myhead is that the remote lock button broke so you have to lock it on the inside and the window seal Might need replacing. The interior is 9/10 i clean it atleast 3 times a week, and the outside is 8/10 it has a few dings but nothing too major. The car will not come on the xxrs but i can throw them in with the other wheels if the price is right. It will come on MB meshs.
NOT LOOKING TO TRADE, STILL HAVE LOAN ON CAR.

-No name downpipe 3"
-SRS exhaust 3"
-Cobb Accesport Stage 2
-Tein Lowering Springs
-Sti Top Mount
-Sti Hoodscoop
-Shortshifter
-17x7 MB Mesh x (tires have less then 2k miles on them)
-alpine head unit
And a couple other things i cant think of off the top of my head but will update as
