For Sale! Clean 2005 Mazda RX8 - 6SP - SS 73K miles - NO ISSUES

Description:
I have a 2005 6MT SS RX8 GT/T/Sport with about 73,XXX miles that I'm interested in selling ASAP. This car is in excellent shape; the interior leather is immaculate and everything internally runs very smooth. Its been such a fun car to drive over the last couple of years, but I'm selling it to get an Altima SE-R (hopefully).
Here is some information about the car:
-I bought the car from a dealership in June of 2011 with about 61,XXX miles
-I am the second owner and the only upgrade that came with the car was a K&N Filter AND the ipod adapter built into the stereo (runs through the glovebox)
-This model is the GT/Sport edition, which includes:
-Xenon headlights, fog lamps and DSC to M/T cars, 18-inch wheels, a limited-slip differential, sport-tuned suspension, moonroof, auto dimming mirror with Homelink® and Bose® audio system, power-adjustable driver’s seat with lumbar support, leather seating surfaces - heated in front - and heated outside mirrors
-Since purchasing the car I have had all servicing done on time with service records to prove
-I have installed a 12" Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, powered by an MTX amp (all wires have been ran and the sub works and BUMPS great)
-The interior black leather is in EXCELLENT shape
-I have always filled her up with Shell Premium (V-Power) and rarely used any other Premium fuels from other gas stations (i trust Shell the most)
Key Notes:
-Last summer I had a compression test done, which resulted in Mazda replacing the engine (the new/refurb engine has about 4,XXX miles or so, maybe less but I can provide details on that to interested buyers/traders)
-I also recently had the SSV (secondary shutter valve) replaced due to excessive carbon build up and an error code (valve was stuck open)
-since the engine and SSV valve was replaced this car has run immaculate and had NO ISSUES whatsoever
-I also bought a service contract with a private company that lasts for another 20,000 miles or 11 months left (this contract allowed me to replace my SSV for next to nothing!)
I am asking 9,500 OBO
