2004 Velocity Red Rx8

Price: $13,000 just to name a price. kbb is $13,500. no lowballers. I'm not in any need to sell this car, i would just like to see whats out there.
Description: I bought this a little over a year ago. 2004 Mazda Rx8, 6 speed, has 107,xxx miles on it. The motor was replaced about 40,000 miles ago under warranty according to mazda records. The clutch was also done at 82,000 miles. I have never had any issues with the car. I have always done the routine oil changes and what not. Clean car fax and also have a record from past owners of what work was done.
Details:
stock aero package
bose sound system
6-disc cd player
leather seats
power sunroof
power everything
lowered on tokico struts and lowering springs
turbo xs midpipe connected to stock muffler(also have the stock cat and will be included)
have a custom magnaflow "catback" but is really loud with the midpipe
15% tint on windows
have stock, 15k, and 30k bulbs for headlights
yellow fog lights
have g35 wheels on the car as of now, but i would like to keep them(have stock wheels, they need new tires though, plus you could keep your wheels with trade if they fit)
only issue on the inside is some wear on the left side of the driver seat from getting in and out(pic below)
