does it have a clean title? Why was the front bumper switched?

 

im not sure if its salvaged, i think its rebuilt, i'll have to look at the title, but it was in a small front end collision from the preivious owner, i dont think it was enough to consider it salvaged.but there is no way in telling, the car drives like its brand new. does not pull, shake, vibrate, and all the panels line up straight.
