1999 mazda miata
OK, I'll give you some kind of answer in a couple days. LS3 is just a tad bit easier in an NB miata and they do look better when done right, but the NA is lighter and already a work in progress....so tough decision.

somebody buy this car from this man before I can't resist it anymore. 5-speed swap wouldn't cost $800 and a day to do (if that) and you could get $8-9K out of her easy. LSX V8 swap wouldn't cost ~$10,000 and would be one nasty ass car.
the v8 swap or swap it to 5-speed?

for the 5-speed, just get a trans/flywheel/clutch/pedal/slave and master cylinder and bolt it all in.
