1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS-Turbo
Name: Chris
Location: Sussex, Va
Contact: 434-594-9554
Price:$3600 Firm
Up for sale is my baby. It was my first car. We went through alot together. Anyway, I got alot into this but the price doesn't reflect the $15,000 I've invested into her since I've had it.
The good
Interior:
Custom made short shifter, really short throw
Aftermarket shift boot
Removed passenger seats (still have front passenger seat, just needs to be cleaned)
Custom painted interior panels
Power window conversion
Power lock conversion
Power door panels
Exterior:
New front & rear bumpers
Factory side skirts
Tinted windows 35%f, 20%r
Factory power moonroof
Turbo spoiler
Drilled/ slotted rotors w/ brembo pads
99' OZ rally wheels
Tinted tails
Led rear license plate light
Megan Ez fully adjustable coilovers
Clean headlights (with silverstar bulbs, very bright)
Custom fog lights (yellow with silverstar bulbs)
And the best part
Engine:
T3/T4 log style exhaust#manifold
T3/T4 60 trim turbocharger
27x7x2.5" front mount intercooler
Custom intercooler#piping
TurboXS RFL BOV
38mm external wastegate w/ 8lb spring
Glowshift oil filter adapter
4' earls turbo oil feed
SS covered oil return
Electronic FCD
330cc injectors
MSD DIS2 ignition controller w/ 2 step launch control, burnout mode, and max rpm rev limits
Greddy turbo timer
Triple pillar pod
Glowshift tinted gauges- oil psi, boost/vacuum
Innovate wideband w/ blue DB9 gauge
SRS 3" catback
Walbro 255hp fuel pump
custom fuel lines w/ universal fuel filter
Modified stock fuel rail
Mechanical fp gauge
Vortech super FMU
Modified cooling fan
Blue onsuko adjustable cam gears
Lightweight aluminum crank/ underdrive pulley
Painted intake manifold, oil pan, valve cover
Egr delete
Complete P/S & A/C removal
It has a new duralast lifetime warranty clutch, new ignition coil, coil plug, wires, pcv valve, and radiator. It also has most of the sensors replaced. Battery relication. Im also throwing in my spare parts with it, which is quite a bit of stuff. This engine has only seen fully synthetic castrol 10w30, and changed religiously every 3,000 miles. Current rebuilt engine has around 10,xxx miles and the chassis has 18x,xxx miles.#
The bad:
Needs a battery
Needs a alignment
Exhaust manifold gasket leaks
Heater core bypassed
Speedometer does not work
Needs the cat gutted or a test pipe, current catalytic converter is clogged.#
The car starts and drives now with a good battery. You can drive it home. It's running on 10psi right now. Estimated hp at the crank is right at 300, whp should be around 240-260. I love this car, and I've put over 6yrs of blood, sweat, and tears in it. The only reason I'm letting her go is because I've just lost interest in it. I'm more focused toward rwd/ drifting now so I have no need for this one anymore. That being said don't try to lowball me, and serious potential buyers only. The only trade I am considering is a sr20det swapped s13 240sx. Has to be running good and reliable. Any questions, feel free to ask me.
