1997 Honda Civic Hatch

Ok, well I didn't think I would be doing this, but here goes. I really like this car but with the way things are around here with cars getting stolen the car never ever leaves my house. I thought once I had the new motor in I would drive it, but that's not the case.
Car is registered, titled and insured in VA.
Car is Located in Fairfax, VA
Mileage on the body is probably around 175k
Motor has like 40k I assume. Bought it from J.E.I.
Mods are as follows:
Motor:
JDM b20b (bought from J.E.I. on October 4th. Have put less than 250 miles on it since swap)
b18b LS Tranny
Short Shifter
Short ram intake
No A/C
No P/S
Exterior:
99-00 Front End
Brand new oem headlights
OEM Foglights
OEM Civic Si Sideskirts
6000k mcculloch HID's
Suspension:
OEM Civic Si Struts
Skunk2 Coilovers
Honda Del Sol Sport Wheels
Front Strut Tower Bar
C Pillar Bar
Interior:
Red Stitch Shift Boot
ITR CD Player
Em1 Si Cluster (stock cluster included as well)
The car has NO interior from the front seats back. Still has carpet but no rear seats or plastics AT ALL.
Will also include a new OEM front bumper and Spoon knockoff catback exhaust
Issues, we all have them:
*The car doesnt warm up very well. I think this is a thermostat problem. Doesnt really cause an issue except the heat doesnt really get warm.
*Standard rust above the rear wheel wells.
