UPDATE!:
NEW FUEL PUMP INSTALLED AND IS NOW UP AND RUNNING!
Just before I start, this Rav has been sitting in a garage since 2007 when recently my brother and I decided to get it back and running. Voila! It's back up but when it was up, I got into a little accident that bent the AC condenser. It didn't leak, it didn't push enough to impact the radiator as much. As a precaution, I had the condenser evac'd and have a new condenser. Eventually, I might buy a new Receiver Dryer and replace it all myself and then get an AC recharge before the heat picks up. Due to the accident, it pushed me to replacing and salvaging parts that I already had. It's not perfect but the car has a new headlight, fender, turn signal and top bar mounting bracket.
Things we did to get it running:
New spark plugs
Oil change
New fuel pump/filter
Seafoam'd
Radiator flush
EGR valve clean
New battery
Refurbished Alternator (May 2013)
Description: 1996 Rav4 Automatic transmission with around 107k miles, PS, CC, PW, PL, Heat but no AC (for the moment), recent inspection, 4WD, front discs, rear drums, clean title under my name. Any other questions just let me know.

UPDATE!:
Shortage to the fuel pump caused it to fail. Replaced the fuel pump but not getting any luck. Cranks but does NOT start.
