1995 Nissan Maxima SE $1500 obo

1995 Nissan Maxima SE, Automatic Trans, 237k Miles, 2nd Owner, All power locks, windows, Sunroof, Bose CD/Radio (Also included is a Bose 6 Disc CD changer for this model-just not hooked up), A/C-blows COLD!.
Here's some of the maitenance history. Some of the work I have done myself, everything else was done at the local Nissan dealership which I have records for.
Oil Changed every 5k miles with Mobile Clean 5k 10w-30 (w/ Nissan filter)
New Front and Rear Brakes Pads Installed, Rotors Resurfaced
New Nissan OEM Front Crankshaft Oil Seal Replaced
New Aftermarket Radiator Replaced
New Nissan OEM Waterpump Replaced
New Nissan OEM Timing Chain Tensioner Replaced
New Spark Plugs
New Valve Cover Gaskets Replaced
New Intake Manifold Gasket Replaced
Throttle Body and Intake Manifold Cleaned
New Drive Belts
Alignment
Car runs and drives great, interior is in great shape, exterior is as well with the exception of the right front fender. It gets an average of 27mpg (I usually get about 425 miles per tank). It has served me well and the only reason I'm selling is because I am moving overseas at the end of September so it won't be available until then.
Two issues that the car has.
1) Right front fender was damaged when I hit a black bear going 40mph, everything is still functional, and it doesn't pull, so the alignment should be ok.
2) Left rear brake rotor makes noise going around corners only-I think it might need a caliper, but I'm not sure.
I'm asking $1,500 or best offer which I think is fair, so let me know. This is a great daily and will run a lot long if taken care of.
