The neo was installed when the car was first built and running a chipped ECU from DH racing. It was then upgraded to the s100 and the neo just hasn't been removed.

dyno information:
242whp with DH racing chipped ECU (no tuning, power pulls)
202whp with Hondata s100 (inline pro tuned for daily driving, can be retuned for more HP)

The tuner said that with a agressive tune the motor should make 260+whp. However, then you're not going to want to drive it on the street. As is, with 202whp and the torque that the stroker kit makes the car has NO traction 1-3rd gear.
The motor has a fully built head, block is stroked with 13:1 compression pistons...you can't do much more.
