Yea sure you can, you can buy like 2 cobalts for that price, that has technically nicer interior, luxuries, etc.... If people are looking for a clean 240, most go for around 4 to 5k with original paint, etc. People still pay 7k for a bone stock automatic 97/98 kouki. Regardless it's a lot of money, but people pay it. I was looking for best offers, this is vadriven where people have nothing better to do but trolling and lowballing. People will pay top dollar for fake wheels but barely wanna pay $100 over for the real thing.
