1989 240SX Hatchback LS1
Miles on body: 112,000 on odometer, over 200k according to title
30 K on engine & transmission (2004 Pontiac GTO)
Less than 500 miles since swap completed

Engine Mods:
5.7 liter LS1 from a 2004 Pontiac GTO
Tuned at Virginia Speed on 1/5/2011 337.39 RWHP 357.16 Max Torque
Solid Hinson engine mounts
Hinson Cold Air Intake
New LS6 Intake (Intake from pullout had a crack)
New Cam & Crank Sensors Installed (I will include old ones)
New Stock OEM spark plugs & wires installed with overkill heat protection
New rear main seal & pilot bearing
New temp sensor

Cooling System:
Hinson BIG Aluminum Radiator
New OEM GM Water pump with stock thermostat
Dual fan setup (one puller, one pusher) PCM turns fans on and off at proper temps for LS1
New rubber radiator hoses
New Rubber Heater hoses with 350Z bleeder on highest point of cooling system (Heat works GREAT!)
Circuit Sports Aluminum Over Flow Tank with Sight Glass


Exhaust:
Hinson Long tube Headers to 3” collectors
Magnaflow High Flow Cats (1 after each header)
Front & Rear O2 sensors installed and working
Custom Y Pipe 3” (unbolts as separate piece)
Modified 3” Circuit Sports Cat Back (Resonator, Muffler with 3 “ Dual Tip Exits)
Quiet exhaust but sounds throaty when wide open

Fuel System:
Stock Fuel tank, was taken out cleaned professionally and painted with 4 coats of undercoating
New Nissan OEM fuel sender installed
Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump
Aeromotive Fuel filter (with extra new filter insert) installed under car near gas tank above rear end
6 AN lines from tank to fuel rail and back for return
Stock fuel rail and injectors flipped around with GM AN adapter
Aeromotive Fuel pressure regulator with fuel gauge

Transmission & Rear End:
T56 GM 6 speed
Fresh synthetic Dexron VI
New tailshaft seal
New Spec Light weight Aluminum Flywheel, replaceable friction surface
New Spec Stage 2 clutch
New Slave Cylinder, New throw-out bearing installed, Remote Clutch bleeder
New Willwood Master Cylinder with stainless line
Polyurethane Tranny mount
Customized Hinson tranny/frame rail brace (bolts to frame rails as well as stock locations)
Custom Short shifter with ball style shift knob with correct shift pattern)
Skipshift and reverse lockout deleted from PCM
Nismo 1.5 way LSD installed (can be converted to 2 way)
3.54 Ring & Pinion Swap (from Q45) With the stock 4.08 gear 1st and 2nd were almost usless
Stock Axles
One piece aluminum driveshaft (Hinson)

Suspension:
Stance AL+Pro Fully adjustable coil overs installed (comes with heavier front & rear replacement coils)
Energy Suspension Bushings installed
Megan Front Tension rods
Nismo Power Brace
Roll Center front ball joints (helps correct geometry)
Tein Inner tie rods
Circuit Sports outer tie rods
New Nissan OEM power steering boots
Custom Stainless High Pressure Power Steering line
New 5 lug hub conversion kits front & rear
All suspension arms are all Megan adjustable with the exception of front & rear lower control arms that are stock with new ball joints & bushings
Solid aluminum SPL rear sub frame bushings

Brakes, Wheels & Tires:
Z32 Brake conversion front & rear (rebuilt, and powder-coated gloss black) with Z32 e-brakes with new 2+2 cables & solid extension brackets
PDM Brake conversion lines front & rear
New pads & rotors front & rear (rotor hats painted to match calipers)
Z32 Brake booster
Z32 New aftermarket master cylinder
5Zigen wheels Hyper-black 17inch front 17 x8 17x9 rear
General Exclaim W rated like new 225 45 17 front 245 45 17 rear

Interior:
Basically stock except:
New carpet kit
JDM seatbelt conversion
Carbon fiber under radio 3 gauge bezel for coolant temp, voltage, and oil pressure Autometer gauges
Pivot Sleepy Eye controller installed
Battery, Fuse boxes and PCM all relocated to trunk
Power disconnect switch for security (PCM memory and Radio memory bypasses this switch)
Dyed headliner and sun visors black
OEM speedometer correction kit installed Dakota Digital
Working OEM Tachometer (swapped in DOHC Head Unit, works with LS1 signal)
Working MIL Light

Body:
OEM JDM 180SX front bumper
OEM JDM front reinforcement, front bumper brackets & side bumper panels
OEM JDM 180SX front bumper lights
REPLICA 180SX front bumper lip from Modride
Car is cut in all jams and engine bay paint code G10 (black with hint of metal flake), Exterior is painted satin black
New Windshield
SPL fender braces

18k yeah..the swap is worth 6-10 depending on miles and where you get it from...a 240 shell isnt worth 10k

i understand a lot of time go into a swap like this. but for 18k you can buy like 6 civics off here

they are fairly easy...make up engine/tranny mounts and wire up the ecu and its running...

18K for a swap lol, brother be reallistic this car is not in a condition to ask for 18k, interior looks stock wheels are not that nice, paint job sucks. maybe 9 to 10k would acceptable.

I realize it may be high. But it is for the whole complete car with swap. Also I wasnt sure what these cars go for so I started with what would make me happy. I am half hoping not to sell it to tell you the truth. I will come down if someone has cash in hand and a decent offer. Thanks for the feedback!!
