I had some messican look at it, i really thought he was gonna buy it due to it being a lowered mini truck... but he lowballed me on the price :/

so if i were to fix the things stated that are wrong with the truck it would pass inspection i live in northern virgina so i have to pass emissions to will the truck fail as is it is now and can you pm me some pics of the interior i need a truck for work really a 4x4 but its hard to find one i can afford
