1973 NISSAN DATSUN 240Z WITH L28ET TURBO SWAP
Name: ROB
Location: ROANOKE
Means of contact:
Price: $3000 OBO
Description: 1973 Nissan Datsun 240z with turbo swap from an 83 280zx l28et.
4 speed transmission
stage 2 gripforce clutch
Welded up rear diff
Grant GT steering wheel
8-9 lbs of boost right now
8.5 mm Accel racing wires
New Aerotek Fuel pump
New fuel pressure regulator
New Fuel and oil Filter
Fresh oil change
New Turbo XS RFL blow off valve
New clutch slave cylinder and hose
New Bosch O2 sensor
New battery
Pioneer cd player
Infinity and Kenwood 4" speakers
wired for amp and subs
Fresh fluids
Fiberglass hood
Fiberglass fenders not on yet
replaced the hatch and gas shock
has a fuel cell in the hatch
MickeyThompson 14"slicks
3" exhaust
complete inside except carpet
The car is running rich because of the air position sensor or the throttle body being opened up too much. I can replace plugs and they burn out after about 10 minutes. I dont have the money to finish my project because of a little one being born. My loss will be a huge gain for you. It has fiberglass fenders that need to be put on it, I have already replaced the hood with the glass one. It is stripped down now to bare metal and needing some work on the quarters. The floors are good shape and have pan replacements. Overall a good car project if you have a little time for her.

i would trade if it was running right. actually i have a 1977 corvette stingray. the motor and trany are new. paint is in ok condition interior could use a good cleaning and the seats will need to be redone but its driveable and comfortable all power windows and locks sterio works T-tops work fine. also needs new tires. other than that its good. check my thread for my number and maybe we can talk.

well ive talked to a few people and done some research on the fouling problem and i think it is because someone tweaked the air flow meter and is causing it to run rich. i just havent had the money to replace and invest into the z because of no job. send me some pics of the vette if your interested in trading
