Description: The car has 104K Miles and runs great. There are no real big issues with her, all windows, AC, heat, radio, moonroof work. The car has had oil changes every 3000 miles with fully synthetic oil and the clutch was replaced about 20K-25K miles ago. There are no cosmetic issues as well except for a tear in the driver seat, other than that this car is pretty much MINT. This car has been moded. Nothing to extensive, just bolt-ons, and has never been tracked! It was solely a DD! Just finished paying it off and looking to move onto another car. All VIN numbers match.

Now, for the bad.

The car has been in one accident, a drunk driver had rear-ended the car, but all damage has been professionally repaired by the insurance company/dealership, have all receipts and paperwork to verify. The front rotors will probably need replacing in the near future, as does the front axle (we believe it may be slightly bent). The price is set a little high for a reason, just shoot some offers and we'll go from there!

I just don't get what the big deal is, i've seen it done so many times on the forums with ppl who have shipped out or away for extended periods of times, why aren't you a dick on their threads? And it really isn't a third person sale, he just doesn't want to deal with pricks like you. I have full authority of the sale, just the title is in his name more or less.

I don't get why ppl start shit on forums, I'm just trying to sell a car like everyone else in this section.

If you had posted in the right section maybe it would have been different. But posting on the wrong section, and third party sale, you brought it upon yourself. And just to make things clear, IT'S IN THE RULES, had you bothered to read them before hand you would have known. The car isn't in your name, therefore it's not yours, furthermore, it makes this a third party sale. Educate yourself before you start talking.
