PA FT: 1997 Honda Civic DX 5spd EK

I have decided to put my 1997 Honda Civic DX coupe up for trade. The car has been my daily driver for two years now, and it has not given me a single problem throughout that time. The car is a 5spd and has just turned over 140,000 miles. All maintenace is up to date and the oil is changed every 3,000 miles or sooner. It is stock mechanically other than a full stainless header + cat-back exhaust that doesn't sound like crap (has a magnaflow cat). Also, the clutch was recently replaced within the last 5-6k miles. There are absolutely no mechanical problems with this car! No leaks, no noises, etc. Here is a quick run-down on the car and some of the "good" things:
1997 Honda Civic DX
5spd (no grinds, pop-outs, shifts great!)
Clutch replaced recently
Cold AC
Heat works great
Like new flat black Drag DR23's (like Rota Slipstreams) with like new tires (probably around 5k miles)
Like new 15% / 20% tint
Black RSX Type S leather front seats
Like new black housing headlights
Full stainless header + cat-back exhaust with magnaflow cat
Optional spoiler
Real stanley Si tailights
Pioneer / Kicker component speakers + JVC head-unit
ALL dents / dings pulled from sides of the car (spent $500) - car is very straight
The "bad":
Car has some very minor surface rust beginning on the passenger side rear quarter and a small spot on the front passenger fender (typical, can be fixed easy)
Car has some clear coat that pealed off on the door / fender and was touched up
Small crack in the bumper under the front lip
Some dents / dings in the hood / roof and a few minor scratches on the car
That is about it. Overall, it is an awesome car that has been a great daily driver for me. The reason I am looking to get rid of it is to get a 4-door or a more comfortable family car. With that said, the car is up got trades. I am only really interested in 4-door Honda's mainly just other Civics (eg, ek) sedans. Not interested in any Accords, Preludes, Del-Sols, etc. Must be 5spd. Not looking for junk as this car is not junk. Would have to be of equal or greater value / condition. Let me know what you have.
