Fully Built 96 EK Hatch w/ 00 Front End

First and most importantly- I don't need to get rid of this car. I'm putting it up for sale/trade so I am only testing waters to see what else is out there or to see what cash offers I will receive. Please do not bash my thread, keep all negative comments to yourself or you will be reported. I love the car and if I keep the car I have a lot of future plans for it. The motor is fully built and the car will roll the fuck out once and if I get a turbo kit, which I will if not sold/traded for something else.
The car: 1996 EK Hatch Championship White
On the si cluster in the car it says 97,xxx miles, and on the title it says the mileage was exempt so I am not sure how many miles are on the shell.
Exterior/Suspension:
*00 front end conversion (The front bumper could use a respary, rock ships, will be getting it painted soon if not sold/traded)
*CTR front lip
*CTR rear lip (not installed, needs paint) will be painted and put on soon if not sold/traded.
*carbon fiver duck bill painted black though
*fog bezels, took them out because they were busted (ordering new ones soon, yellow fogs)
*rain guards
*HIDs
*PIC peformance ajustable coilovers
*Drag DR21 wheels black with polished lip w/ brand new tires
*Function 7 LCA's
*BRAND NEW oem style carbon fiber hood *MINT*
*black housing headlights
*front mud flaps
Engine:
*B18C1 w/ appx. 55k miles
*p75 ecu tuned on chrome w/ 2 step
*CP pistions 9:1
*AEBS Sleeves
*arp big bolt rod bolts
*ARP head bolts
*NO AC

*Crower springs and retainers
*eagle Rods
*PWJDM cam seal
*powdercoated valve cover
*450cc injectors
*Walbro 255hp Fuel pump

THE MOTOR IS BUILT FOR BOOST, PUT A TURBO KIT ON THIS MOTOR AND MY GUESS IS YOU WILL MAKE OVER 500HP WITH THE RIGHT TUNE.
Interior/Other:
*Custom red door panels
*type r shift boot, with powdercoated shift nob with red numbers
*JVC Cd player with Polk audio all around around (sounds good!)
*SI guage cluster
*Black ice air fresheners
*GSR seats
I know there's plenty more to add that I forgot, and I will when I think of it.
The car runs strong, and as it should. There are no hiccups, and no corners were cut.

UPDATE: CAR IS NOW ON FULLY POLISHED *MINT* CONDITION KONIG HELIUM WHEELS WITH PRETTY NEW TIRES, THE CAR HAS ALSO BEEN LOWERED MORE AND STILL RIDES AMAZING
