I would take a oem tsx over a boosted setup especially on driven.
According to the posting the car does not have many things wrong with it. a fuel level sensor that goes to crap on every honda, and a little clear peel on a fender. no not a number of things wrong with this.

That boosted one is stupid. 10 lb RACE flywheel, behind no expense spared rebuilt accord block. no sense to me. Forrest were boys but damn you mad cause you still in a ls400 from the same year and not nearly as nice. lol.

So it cost 4k for a sending unit and to move a temp sensor to another location.... interesting.... oh and the tps, they're $80, I'll knock $100 of for your work and frustration
