EDIT 12/15/13: A set of 15x6.5" +34 SRR polished wheels are on their way.
EDIT 12/9/13: Ordered springs, not coils, and camber kits for both ends to drop it down a bit.
EDIT 11/22/13: Just installed 99/00 tail lights and a center console with armrest.
This is a 1997 Honda Civic DX coupe. 197k on chassis and a little under 100k on the d16y7. The motor was swapped in at 169k on the car and the motor had 71k on it at the time. The transmission is original to the car and is butter smooth. Was female owned for a while and her parents had a lot of work done at a reputable shop in Midlothian.
Work done at time of motor replacement:
New Excedy clutch
New Ecedy pressure plate
New radiator
New CV axles on both sides
New water pump
New a/c compressor
New timing belt
New complete exhaust, cat, and o2 sensors
New plugs and wires
New fuel filter
New struts all the way around
New driver's side engine mount
New driver's and passenger's side torque mount
New battery.
A/c works great and doesn't leak. The clutch has less than 3000 miles on it. Fresh inspection. Doesn't smoke at all. No CELs. No power steering. Crank windows. Tires are good. Dent in roof, hood, and drivers fender. Paint is in good shape but starting to bubble around passenger rear quarter. No fade and no peel. Still has full size spare tire, jack, lug wrench, and the carpeted trunk mat. Interior is in great shape. I've vacuumed and shampooed the carpet and seats. There are floor mats in it. Nice stereo with remote and USB/AUX ports. Has new 6x9 kickers in the rear. This thing is a MPG machine! I seriously average between 38 and 40MPG. It gets driven 80 miles each day. Don't offer junk for trade, although this car is basic transportation it looks good and runs GREAT. It will last another 100k+ miles. If you don't like the price feel free to offer up and please no trades with over 150k miles on the motor. I'm not a huge fan of the coupe and that is the only reason I am considering getting rid of it.
Things I'm interested in for trade: I prefer clean stock/near stock vehicles with manual transmissions. Trucks can be automatic if not 4 cylinder. It's a big list because I'm not picky.
