Clean Daily Driven EG Hatch

1994 Honda Civic CX Hatchback
Extremely clean and well taking care of exterior and interior
196, 000 miles on body with clean VA title
5 speed
Fully rebuilt D15B8 Engine (Does not burn oil, leak oil or have any mechanical issues what so ever.)
Engine was fully rebuilt less then 5k miles ago by previous owner James (rollinondubz) Flawless D16Z6 5 speed transmission. Brand new water pump and timing belt kit as well. I've gone thru this engine up and down and James did an excellent job on the rebuild. Car does not have A/C. VA inspection is good till Dec. 1st and I will have it inspected for the buyer ASAP.
The car is pretty much stock besides the following mods:
-Wink Mirror
-Intake
-Header
-Stock catalytic converter blowing thru a 2.5" exhaust ending with a stock looking, quiet ultra-flo muffler
-Ground Control Coilover sleeves over KYB's
-Polished rear lower control arms
-Half red/Half clear taillights
-Front strut bar
-Red Recaro door inserts
-CTR replica floor mats
-Password JDM black leather shift boot with red stitching
-Full Sony Explod stereo system with 8" sub and amp in rear hatch
-Fresh Milano Red paint (minor scuff on front bumper)
-Fresh Milano Red paint engine bay painted by me
-Type R replica front lip
-Carbon Fiber rear duckbill
The car was and is very well maintained and I clean it on the regular. Gets amazing fuel mileage. I have no problem keeping this car and dumping more money into it but I have four other vehicles and another one of these hatch's and I'm about to close on my first home with the family so I'm getting rid of some loose ends.
Not really that interested in trades but I would consider some vehicles, bikes, nice tool boxes or other toys.
$3000.00 OR BEST OFFER IS MY STARTING PRICE. Trade wise I would be looking for alittle higher. Thanks for looking. The car is now sitting on 13" steelies, I removed all the window tint and the Domo magnet is no longer on the hood. These are the pictures I have for now but will update as soon as I fix my phone...
