Clean 94 gsr 4 door (low miles)

I have a 94 GSR four door 5speed mainly for trade but if i have to put a price on it i would say $5000 obo
I am open to any trade really but i am looking for something equally as fresh or something not as fresh thats making more power or boosted
ef's,eg's,del sol,ek's,gs-t,gs-x,240(sr20 swap only)
milage:120k original no cel's,or problems runs like a champ. except 2nd gear GRINDS MUST BABY 1ST TO SECOND TRANSFER.

exterior: 9 out of 10 small crack on front bumper
interior: 8 out of 10 one rip on driver seat.
As far as the body of the car there are no dents,only one small crack in front bumper (can see in picture) fresh paint about 6 months old and is still getting compliments on the sheer quality of the paint job. the front bumper aslo has a polyurethane type r lip.
interior:gsr leather front and back seats,all original only the driver seat is ripped other than that she is fresh. type r accents around the vents and type r cluster as well.
engine:baby bone stock b18c1 with 120k(original) no knocking,pinging or leaking of any kind still running very strong. not even an intake on this bad boy stock air box,just changed the oil about 1000 miles ago,fresh ngk spark plugs and wires.THE BAD.. 2 GEAR GRIND YOU MUST BABY THE 1ST TO 2ND TRANSFER but other than that shes good.
suspension: kyb struts,tein lowering springs, BLOX rear lower control arms,skunk 2 tie bar,front gsr sway bar,rear gsr sway bar,front neuspeed 4 point strut bar and rear strut bar.
wheels and tires: konig knockoffs of mugen mirror faces. dunlop direzza tires 205/50/15 80% tread life left.
