That's the problem, u were comparing this to a k20a3.. a base rsx/ep3 motor.. 140hp if ur Lucky.. try comparing them to a k20a2/z1/z3 or even a k24a2... Those are closer to 200-230+ hp depending on mods and a tune... The correct group of k series to use in a k swap.. lol.. ur a idiot to swap a a3.. might as well use a single cam.. that's more or less for people who are cheap and just wanna be able to tell people, "I have a k swapped car" .. it's all about bragging rights.. until they get beat by some hybrid h and f series swap..


But all that to the side, this is a clean lookin swap, probably is pretty quick.. would like to see more pics though..

You would be very correct, good sir. I made a bit of an unfair comparison. I don't think I could play with k24 swaps, though. Most dynos for stock (standard bolt-on) G23's have shown in the 190-205 region. The real beauty behind this hybrid, in my opinion, is the torque. The F23a1 has one of the longest strokes of any 4cyl Honda engine. On top of that, the sleeves are cast iron which makes it ideal for boost.

It's a fun, quick car...I'm just phasing out of the FWD thing + want some more utility focused without worrying about depreciating value.
