I recently did the swap in october the motor is offical. I did not keep the paper work because I was not planning on selling the car.THe engine is the 223 hp H22A and the tranny is LSD it also has a alluminum flywheel and stage one clutch. Other add ons are Eibach springs and drilled rotors. I am asking $4,000 the price is firm if interested call (757)737-0546

Re: 98 honda prelude with euro r swap $4,000
Thanks for the bump but the swap is more like $3,000 for engine trans and ecu. THe flywheel and clutch was $500 for just the parts. The Eibach springs and new kyb struts was About $500. All the prices do not include labor time since I did all the work myself. The $4,000 I am asking is the blue book price for a stock prelude with no extras so yeah this is a banging deal.

Just wondering, are you sure you put an h22 back in the car? because there is no euro-r h22. there is the accord sir H23A Vtec Bluetop, which drops right into the lude, this comes with an automatic LSD trans. or you could have gotten a USDM Black Top H22a4, which is 195hp and is stock in every BASE Prelude here in the states, Or you could have gotten a USDM H22a1, which came in the 92-95 Ludes, which is 190hp and is OBD1. Or you could have gotten a JDM Blacktop H22a, which has 200hp and is OBD1/obd2, or you could have gotten a JDM Type S Redtop H22, which has 220hp.
Now, you did not get a euro-r H22 for a prelude, which motor did you get, to have facts straight.
edit: just looked at your pics. unless you painted your VC this is the motor you have in your car.

THis is not a euro-r, this is a JDM Type-s H22a.
now im interested in the trans you have, could you get me the code for that? and ill tell you exactly what trans it is and what car it came off of.
