98 civic coupe for 4 dr teg

Location-757- greenbrier
Price-Trade for a 95 and up 4 door integra 5 sp or or 5k cash obo. Clean title in hand. Reason for trade/sale- Wifey want a baby soon and i need a 4 door car other wise i would keep this one .

Description-
1998 civic coupe (2 dr)
2nd owner i have owned this car for the last 9yrs or so. car has nvr been tracked or ragged out been a dd .
black with grey interior
160k'ish miles on body - i do beleive
35k-45k miles on motor (just installed new motor in aug of 2007 might have driven 13000 miles since install) motor installed was a b20 motor . accuracy automotive did install . so it was professionally done . car has been parked since feb of 09.
-new 2000 ls tranny installed pulled out of car with only 42000 miles
-all new since motor swap
axles
rotors
brakes
tires
battery
distibutor
ecu
wiring harness
clutch kit
shift linkage
kyb strut
skunk 2 coilovers
fuel injectors
all new since 2/23/2011
Had areodyne machine recondition my head all work done listed below
p75 head reconditioned
claened cyclinder head
pressure tested
perform valve job with new steam seals
resurface cyclinder head
assmeble per spec's
4 new inake valves
2 new intake vales
New head set was installed so all new seals on top end
new head gasket
timing belt
plugs
fluids-oil-filter-radiator fluid
fuel filter
flushed fuel tank
just about all water hoses and breather lines were replaced with new clamps.
everything on top end was installed 2/25/2011 has 0 miles on it . has not even been started or cranked. JUST NEED TIMING BELT ON AND TENSIOR. im sure im leaving some out
basically everythng under the front end is practically new. Well over 4,000 in new parts and motor swap.
AS OF APRIL 23RD TIMEING BELT / TENSIOR ARE ON . TIMING IS SET. CAR IS RUNNING AND DRIVEABLE. SOUNDS NICE AND CLEAN.
PS PUMP AND BRACKETS ARE BACK IN WORKING. AC PUMP TENSIOR AREE INSTALLED . AC CLUTCH IS STCKING AT IDLE HERE AND THERE. BLOW COLD BUT MIGHT NEED REPLACEMENT DOWN THE ROAD.

35 percent on the back and none on the front.
New black carpet has been installed.
17 in rims that are gunmetal with a chrome lip (reg ware and tare )
205/45/17 if im not mistaken if not 205/40/17
all stock body .
the bad I got rear ended(2008 in parking lot so got hit maybe 2-8 mph when lady came to stop) so I had to replace the trunk lid and it has a slight dent on the rear queaterpnel passenger side .Si trunk and tailights were installed . it was quated at 700 $ of damage which 585 of that was for a new trunk lid and lights. The trunk lid has been replaced and tailights just need a pass side brake flight filler .(goes in between light and bumper )
