97 Honda Civic EX. CLEAN DD

Description: 209k miles. I am the third owner of this 1997 Honda Civic I bought from an older couple who had owned the car for 12 years and was left bone stock. Glove box is full of receipts and maintenance records. The car is pretty straight with the exceptions of a few dents and dings.I have kept up with maintenance and just replaced the water pump, timing belt, and passenger side axle. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this car, only reason im seling is cause im in need of money lol.
The few things that arent stock
-Skunk2 sport shocks
-Blox lowering springs
-Blox LCA with fresh bushings
-CTR front lip
-Ls Mesh wheels(powdercoated silver with polished face) 90% Hancook Ventus V2 Concept tires
-Black Mugen Shift knob
-OEM hood bra
-OEM SI Tailights
