97 BB6 Prelude Base + G22 Swap

Price: $6.5k for all, $6k for car & motor
Up for sale, but mainly trade, is my 5 speed 97 Eucalyptus Green Prelude Base Model. Car has 140,xxx miles on the original H22 and are going up as it is my daily. I am in rush to sell this as i do want to finish the G22 swap, but I do want to see what else is out there and if anyone is interested in this.
Exterior:
Eucalyptus Green original paint
All original body panels
SH spoiler
Interior:
Panasonic CD Deck
SH rear deck
Tan cloth seats
Black leather dash
Wheels:
SH blades
Tires - Fronts 40% tread, Rears 60% tread
Suspension:
Stock struts
Ebay springs
The Bad:
A few dings/ cracks which are pictured below
Im positive the piston rings are going bad
Could also use a valve adjustment
Suspension is really bouncy

As i stated earlier it does have bad suspension, so if the trade/cash is right i can throw in brand new koni yellows that come with a lifetime warranty. All you would need is to buy springs and you have a baller suspension.
Also included with the car is a fully built 99.99% complete G22 swap. For those who dont know it is basically a F22 bottom with H22 head. This motor was bought from John - G22HYBRID so if you know him then you know how legit he is. Has about 9k miles on it and still plenty of life. Only thing the swap is missing is the H22 timing belt. It is a direct swap and bolts right up to the current mounts. The head and bottom end are not connected though. From what I was told the compression is around 9:1 and is ready to hold lots of boost.
