96 Honda Accord EX Sedan

I have for sale a 96 accord. Runs great, sounds great, and gets roughly 35 mpg! I am looking to possibly trade for a 4 door 4x4 or other 4 door hondas can be auto or 5spd!
Engine:
F22B2 w/Auto Trans 86k miles on both
Have a full cold air intake for it but just running the short pipe right now
Have a full header back egay exhaust on it 2 1/2-4 1/2 tip
No ticks or nocks of any kind
Check engine ligh is on due to o2 sensor not hooked up and vtec not hooked up (it is a non vtec motor)
Suspension:
Fully adjustable coilovers (I can't remember the brand off hand)
Wheels and tires:
EX accord oem's painted black wrapped in new tires up front and decent tires in back
Interior:
All stock except for the headunit
Overall interior is a 7/10 NO SMOKING in it either
Rear windows and back glass are tinted
Exterior:
Flat black paint job (previous owner)
Blacked out turn signals and taillights
Jdm Grille and headlights
Overall 6.5/10 due to a few dings here and there
The Bad:
Needs a new ac compressor
Sunroof will not open (think it is something simple due to the switch works and you can hear it trying to move.)
Now onto what pictures I have. Can take more on request.

It had and F22B1 that spun a bearing and was swapped out with the low mileage F22B2. It is a NON vtec engine hence the reason vtec is NOT hooked up and NOT needed to be. It throwing the vtec code will NOT hurt the engine or the car. It is like you swapping in a LS engine into a GSR car. Vtec does NOT need to be hooked up to run the engine. NO damage can come from this. As to swapping out ECU's there is NO need. The ECU picked up that there is NO vtec hence the thrown code.
