Default 95 Civic DX Coupe- b16 swap with a/c

Please let me start by saying that this car has served me well the past ~2 years, and I am not trying to pass on some haggard pile under the guise of a gem. The car has some flaws, but is in overall good condition. Also, I would prefer to sell the car near me, but I will drive, just know and understand the further I would need to drive, the more firm the price.

* Name: CJ
* Price: $2800-some wiggle room
* Location: Raleigh, NC
* Means of Contact: PM or reply to thread
* Description: 1995 Honda Civic Dx Model Coupe

* Looking to trade for: ideally a cd5 accord ex (94-97), but 4dr automatics ONLY

Up for sale/trade is my 1995 Honda Civic Dx Coupe. The car has 206,xxx miles, the cluster reads 102,xxx and the motor was pulled from a running em1 at 150,xxx. The motor/tranny are legit and were not stolen, so ease your mind now. I purchased the car in July 2009 bone stock with 180,xxx from the original owner. Car originally purchased from the Hall dealership in VA Beach, but has NO RUST! The car is lowered on D2 springs using the stock struts, and rides fine. It's not bouncy and handles great. New tires purchased for the rear in November and tires were put on the front in April. Car has been aligned since it was lowered and is on point. Windows professionally tinted in September 2009 and was inspected in March of 2010. Still has good tires all the way around, and they all are at or above 60% tread life. None of this 30% front, 5% rear nonsense. There are no heating/cooling issues, but the items that were replaced were for preventative measures. Before you attempt to offer me less than the $2800 I'm asking, take a look at what is being sold for the same price range +/- $500. I have no problem keeping the car and continuing to drive it if it doesn't sell, please understand that.

*The Good:
-Clean title in hand
-B16a2 swapped, no corners cut
-Working A/C that blows cold
-Working heat/defroster for when it gets cold again
-Good tires
-Recent inspection
-Motor has been run on synthetic blend oil since 2008 and burns less than 1qt between changes (realistically closer to a 1/2 quart between 3000 mile intervals)
-NO TRANNY GRINDS
-D2 lowering springs
-Good clutch

*The Bad:
-Could use paint, nothing terrible for a 15 year old car with the original paint.
-Car runs a tad rich (still averages 25+mpg)
-Driver side wheel bearing starting to grind, will replace and update asap
-Tear beginning in the driver seat

-According to the tint meter from my local PD, tint is 18.2% (good or bad, your call)

CURRENT ENGINE BAY SHOT

EDIT(s):
6/27: The TB, WP and HG were replaced by the previous owner and myself in October 2009 and the axles were replaced with Autozone reman's in March of this year. They do not wobble, and haven't caused me any issues. Also the spark plug's and wires were both replaced in March as well.

12/21: Since last up for sale I have changed/replaced the following:
-valve cover and spark plug grommet kit
-new NGK spark plugs and spark plug wires
-passenger side LBJ and axle (both axles under warranty)
-new radiator
-new battery
-new thermostat

Also, cluster as of today (12/21) reads 116763, which is an average of ~2300 miles a month.

In January I will replace the current hawk pads and generic blank rotors with new pads and rotors.

12/23: Updated trade(s) to include 4 dr automatics

1/7: New front brake pads and rotor button.

1/17: Price lowered from 3000 firm to 2800 obo

1/26: "Bad" section edited to remove broken cam cap bolt, since it has been replaced.

2/28: Current State Inspection valid through 2/29/2012

3/18: Replaced stock fuel pump with a Walbro 255

4/1: Replaced injector rings as cyl #1 was leaking
