95 b20 hatch clean @_@

I'm testing waters and curious to see what kind of offers ill get on my hatch, if the right offer comes along I might just let her go. The car has roughly about 150K miles on it and maybe 55K on the motor. The motor is a stock B20b4 its a CX so it has crank windows, manual locks, AC, sunroof
Motor:
Stock B20b4 roughly around 55K does not smoke or leak or anything of that nature.

the car has no paint job its just flat black has a check engine for the o2 sensor i dont have it plug up timing belt is off point
