'93 Honda Civic EG Hatchback 5 Spd CLEAN

Description: Got an EG Hatch for sale, needs to be sold soon because im moving out of the country and cant take it with me, so im looking for 3000 OBO.
The GOOD:
Championship white (nh-0) paintjob done earlier this year.
No body damage
95 Honda Civic EX Rear disk conversion with 15/16 brake resevoir
95 Honda Civic black dash, steering wheel, and door panels
New windshield
Dash has the passenger airbag there but not hooked up
Power window conversion with OEM harnesses
Power mirrors with OEM harnesses
Power door locks but actuators need replacement
JDM side markers
JDM audio console
JDM corner lights
DA Integra seats black with blue centers
Replaced the original grey interior carpet with a new black one.
MOTOR:
Mini-me swap;
1998 Y8 cylinder head 12X,XXX miles
JDM D15B bottom end 13X,XXX miles rebuilt August 2010
Chassis has 215,XXX miles
JDM Racing exhaust headers
92-95 Civic CX tranny
Slim-fan
Clutch is Strong
AEM short ram intake
AEM adjustable Cam pulley
P28 ECU
Has a Z6 manifold
New Optima yellow top battery put in last week
SUSPENSION:
Has stock shocks
Front has no name coilovers
Rear has H&R Sport Springs
WHEELS:
15X6 Motegi MR-7s Gunmetal
The bad:
Needs to pass VA inspection due to minor things i havent had time to fix such as horn inactive, foglights inactive, SRS light is on due to passenger airbag. and license plate lights inactive.
Other small things such as classic drivers seat tear, very small, previous owner took out a/c and ps for weight reduction, and it will need new tires and brake pads soon.
