Broke B16

I am posting my daily for sale. I really love this car, but I am dealing with a couple issues and my ability to keep this car has ended. I am currently driving this car 220 miles each day, monday through friday from Norfolk to Richmond... milage will increase accordingly.

Start off with the basics, I picked this up in May after searching 6+ months for one, as they are hard to come by.

2006 Accord Ex
-139k Miles (will go up, I daily the car for now) 148k as of 12/14/13
-3.0 V6 - 6 speed manual transmission
-Navigation
-Dual climate
-Heated seats & mirrors
-Everything works as should, no mechanical flaws
-Clean title in hand

As for what I know for maintenance/mechanical work:
-Timing belt, water pump, serp. belt ect were just done by Honda back in January 2013 ($1300 receipt)
-Front brakes (pads & rotors) March 2013
-Driver's side seatbelt buckle replaced by Honda under warranty May 2013
-Power steering recall performed at First Team Honda July 2013.
-(2) Falken Ziex 612 installed September 2013
-Alignment done by Checkered Flag Honda September 2013
-Rear main seal (OEM) September 2013
-Hybrid Racing shifter bushings September 2013
-Exedy OEM replacement clutch kit September 2013
-LuK Flywheel September 2013
-OEM Honda axle seals September 2013
-Oil changes were done religiously, available on Carfax. I now do the oil changes myself.
-Transmission fluid (GM synchromesh) done @ 137k

I drove this car 4.5 hours from my home in Virginia Beach, to Roanoke, VA in April 2013 & went to NYC in May 2013. The car is amazing. I have nothing to hide, I just need a cheaper/slower car and pay off some bills.

If anyone would like, I am willing to deliver the car for a fee. I love driving it, and don't mind actually traveling. I just need to make plans to find a way home wether it's flying or bus/train.

The exterior is not perfect and thats where the flaws come into play: (8/10)
-Rear bumper has license plate bolt imprints
-Driver's fender has a scuff
-Front bumper has a scuff/scratch
-Rear quarter panel has a dent (something a paintless dent removal can easily remove, no paint contact)
-Front bumper (RF) minor damage from snow bank (previous owner, car is from D.C.)

Other cons:
-Power steering pump is weak
-Valves need adjusted
-Key fob casing is cracked, still works 100% New key/fob purchased 1/13/14
-Needs rear tires Purchased December 2013
-Could use struts, or coilovers... whatever floats your boat.

I am interested in a MINT CONDITION 99-00 Si, or 99-00 Civic Hatchback/Sedan (no coupes!). Depending on what you have, we would have to work out how much cash on top, If you think you're getting away with offering me less than $4,000 on top, don't even bother messaging me because it's not happening. All trades must have working A/C, P/S, and CC and be as close to stock as possible. Really prefer something with a SOHC.

Because it's not a B-series EG/EK, nobody wants it, or can't afford it. I love the car to death but I need something less fast and pay some bills (SOHC Civic)

New clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, tires balanced all done today!
Doing a 1000 mile break in so anyone interested in test driving either can't rip on it or will have to wait.
OEM Honda fluid put back in.
Installation done by Checkered Flag Honda technician.
