2002 BB Honda S2000, 102k Miles, Very Clean, Brand new cloth top

Description:
I bought this S2000 less than a year ago thinking to use it as my weekend car, after I ended up selling my DD thinking I could DD this S, I have decided against it.
It just crossed 103k miles, but doesn't show it one bit.
At 95k miles, the OEM soft top was showing it's age, so I had "SoftTopGuy" from S2ki replace the top with a brand new Robbins Cloth Soft Top, the same kind of tops that BMW and M-B use.
At 101k miles, a new Honda OEM clutch was put in by a Master Honda tech at Wallace Auto
All of the fluids were changed at 100k miles including, tranny, diff, engine oil, coolant
Only modifications are:
A new Pioneer deck and component speakers (Has the rare OEM headrest speakers installed)
Ground Control/Koni Full coilover setup
17x9 +45 Flat Black RPF1s
The interior is in good shape, the floor mats are starting to show their age, but the seats are in amazing condition being a 14 year old car and how the S2000 seats seem to age so quickly
If the full asking price is met, it will include a full set of OEM AP1 wheels with some all season tires with at least 80% tread left.
I'm also willing to sell the car without the RPF1s, asking 11,200obo with OEM wheels

Not currently, I'd like to sell the car as it. It seems to get a bit more attention on here with the wheels.
In a week or so I will probably pull them and sell them separately.
