1998 Prelude with JDM H22A swap!!

Description: I have a 1998 Honda Prelude up for grabs. This is the most reliable car I've ever owned. I originally purchased it from an older gentleman that used it to commute back and forth to work. I then sold it to a buddy of mine and missed it so much I bought it back. Only problem is that school loans are piling up and I'm forced to sell one of the cars. Whichever sells first. I love this car and it has been very well maintained and always taken care of. The original motor ended up seizing about 18 months ago and I decided to breathe new life into it rather than get rid of it. I purchased a full JDM engine and Tranny swap from JSPEC and took it to my local shop that does all the car's maintenance and everything for me. I would have to look around but I'm sure I have the receipts somewhere and if not I can give you the number to the shop and my mechanic can verify all of the work as it is still in his system. At the time of swap we took no risks and decides while the car was apart to have him put in a brand new clutch, water pump, timing belt, gaskets, brand new radiator, hoses, etc. The engine runs incredibly smooth and has absolutely NO problems whatsoever. The tranny shifts like butter and has never had a single problem. As far as modifications I kept it to the basics because this is my daily and I use it for commuting to and from school. It has a dc sports header, aem intake filter, and full apexi WS2 cat back exhaust. The car also has an OEM front lip and new CV axles along with KYB Excel-G (newer version of gr-2) shocks and struts installed just a few months ago.This car is fun to drive and still gets over 30 MPG. Oil is changed with full synthetic every 3,000-5,000 miles and has only been ran on premium gas.The interior is basically stock except the all the interior gauge and climate control lights have been converted to blue LEDs and the head unit is a 7" flip out touch screen. Other than that it is all stock and in amazing condition. No rips, tears, etc. The car used to have aftermarket halo headlights but the halo rings burnt out so I put the stock headlights back in with 6000K HIDs and I also installed JDM fog lights. The prelude is also now sitting on black stock wheels because I had someone purchase the Konigs and haven't had the funds to get new aftermarket wheels yet. If I am forgetting anything or if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I am asking $6,800 OBO offer because of the cost of the whole swap and everything but don't be afraid to offer the worst I can say is no.
