1998 Honda Civic LX GREAT Daily Driver!

I am putting up my '98 Honda Civic LX for sale OR trade. Car is in great mechanical shape. I'd give the body a 7/10 and the interior a 5/10. It's got a 2/11 inspection sticker on it.
The car's an automatic with 166k (I think) on it. As far as maintenance I've change the oil, oil filter, spark plugs, plug wires, air filter and battery *battery not pictured*. The car runs beautifully and I've driven it from here to Williamsburg and back no problems what so ever. It does however need a new muffler.
It's equipped with power windows, locks and steering. The A/C works great and the so does the cruise control.
The body isn't in the best condition, it was backed into by a truck and this dented both the hood and the grill. It's not too bad (no radiator support damage). The passenger fender has a dent in it, should be visible in the pictures. I've tried to take shots of the troubled areas. Does need a new windshield though as pictured.
The interior is in okay shape. The center a/c vent is missing the part that directs air left and right from the center but the air still goes right to the driver no problem. The head liner fabric has started to tear and come down as well.
These are very minor problems and do not hinder the cars operation what so ever.
The head liner I might replace with a different fabric or just cut the excess that's hanging. I'm in the process of finding a new center vent set as well. These will be replaced whenever I get a chance to get to it.
*Update: I've put new wheels and tires on the car. So all that's really needed still is a muffler and a windshield. Muffler I'll be replacing this coming weekend. Windshield is not a priority for me as the inspection isn't due until 2/11.
