1997 Honda Civic / 99 Si Clone - Clean

Trades: Trades - Must have a backseat and be clean. No junk.
Price: $4000 firm
Description: I just picked up this 97 Civic/99 Si Clone in trade for my cb7, and I am testing waters on getting something else. Great car, but I am really wanting a TL or TSX, and could use the money from this as a downpayment. I will entertain trade offers as well, but it MUST have a backseat and be kid friendly and not junk. MUST pass emissions in fairfax county.

Details:
Mileage: 117K
Exterior Condition:Good. I would say 6.5-7/10 No major dents or dings or rust. Few chips and such. Car was originally vsm. It is a 4 year old paint job, so its not perfect. The rear fenders were kind of rolled halfassed I think, so the paint is chipping a bit there. There are a few little chips here and there, but overall the car looks good. Also, the plastic piece on the outside of the door is broken a little at the top, about an inch of it missing. You can see a pic of it.
Interior Condition: Great. 8/10 ish. GSR front Interior with black sued wrapped inserts on the doors and the center armrest. Roof is wrapped in black/white plain. Plastic piece on the bottom of the steering wheel is broken/missing, but everything else is great. Rear seat is out of an ex coupe. head liner is done in black, white, gray plaid.
CARFAX: Clean. I will provide the VIN for anyone serious and wanting to get a carfax report.

An updated mod list has been posted. Only a slight few changes. CTR cams and gears and a few other small things.

I would prefer cash.
In a trade, I need something reliable and able to pass emissions testing in Arlington, it should be clean, and kiddo friendly as well.
