1997 Civic Ex stock trade for 92-95 civic or 94+ teg shell or whole

Trades: 1992-1995 civic hatch or coupe, 1994+ integra, must be a 5-speed, does not have to run or even have a motor in it. I will not add cash.
This has been my daily for the past year and has never gave me any major problems. The only reason for selling is that I picked up an EM1 for my DD.
The shell has 185k miles on it and I was told by the previous owner that the motor was replaced and has less miles. For some reason it was replaced with a D16Y7 but kept the EX intake and exhaust manifolds and transmission. Motor does not tick, smoke, knock or use any oil. The car has a CEL for Vtec because it runs on a D16Y8 ECU. I had the front rotors and pads replaced about 6 months ago and was aligned at the same time. Tune up including plugs, wires, cap, rotor button and fuel filter was done about 3 months ago. All power options work. Both headlight assemblys were replaced because they were hazed badly. Car has 99-00 taillights that are in poor shape. Recent Inspection. Car has Delsol wheels with around 60-65% thread left.
The Bad
Driver side window needs alitte help being rolled back up
The shifter is rigged up has very, very short throws and feels weird but works fine and trans shifts good
Windsheild has a crack about 10inches long
The CEL
Front end is not lined up the best
Has abit of rust starting to show
