1996 Civic DX Shell-Very Clean-Ready For Engine

I am selling my 96 Civic DX SHELL. The car has NO engine, transmission, or exhaust. I have removed my B18C from it and putting the engine in my next project car. I am selling the shell with everything pictured. I'm only selling it because I couldn't get the car to pass NC inspection with the engine swap.
I hate selling the car, but I have no use for it now. It was repainted about 6 years ago and looks as good now as it did then. It has many OEM Honda parts and I have put a lot of money into it to get it where it is now. The body has about 140K miles on it. The last few pictures are of the car when it was together. Just add your wheels and engine!!!
Exterior:
Body re-sprayed milano red (R-81)
New OEM front bumper
New OEM SiR front lip
New OEM front grille
New OEM CTR mirrors (non powered)
New OEM clear side markers (rare)
DEPO headlights
Si tail lights
Engine bay re-spray
Under hood re-spray (hood is not pictured, but is included)
**Still has working AC!!!**
Suspension:
Dropzone coilovers
Dropzone front and rear camber kit
Password JDM drilled/slotted front rotors
Hawk HPS brake pads
Interior:
Si front and rear seats
Si cluster
Some interior pieces are missing, but can be found and replaced
Im asking $3000 obo. I will include a slightly used CM1 B-Series Chasebays harness and Innovative 3-bolt GSR motor mounts for an extra $500 if wanted. I will also include additional engine component brackets, a few extra ELD's, new Honda hood release, misc. parts.
